The Party School of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China is located at No. 2 Huanghe Road, Chengxi District, Xining City. The campus covers an area of 170 acres, with a building area of 98779 square meters. It is a school for training leading cadres and outstanding young and middle-aged cadres by the Provincial Party Committee, and is a public welfare first-class public institution directly under the Provincial Party Committee.
